Neighboring this home is Venice, famously known for Venice Beach, with its offshore coral reef, and Caspersen Beach, where shark teeth are often found. Many trails hug the Intracoastal Waterway in Venetian Waterway Park. Other park spaces include Centennial Park, with its interactive fountain, and the Monty Andrews Arboretum at West Blalock Park. Not to mention, this home is situated a short distance from South Sarasota and Siesta Key. This home offers it all!
Upon entering this two story home, you are greeted with a bright and well designed atmosphere. The downstairs living space showcases a comfortable sitting area. Past the sitting area you come to the kitchen with stunning views of the bay through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the amenities you could need while on vacation. The kitchen also features counter bar seating for additional eating space. The dining room and another living space is off of the kitchen with the same stunning views.
Three bedrooms are located downstairs. One of the guest bedrooms downstairs features a king size bed and views of the bay through sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area. The second bedroom features a king size bed and has an attached half bath for additional privacy. The third guest bedroom displays a bunk style bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top bunk. This room features a sitting area and flat screen TV, with easy access to the guest bathroom. Heading upstairs you are greeted with a comfortable living space with a large sectional and flat screen TV for your use. Enjoy views of the Bay as well through the sliding doors leading to the balcony. The master suite is located upstairs with a private bathroom. It also has access to the balcony area through sliding glass doors.
The best part of this house is when you step foot out to the backyard. The views of the bay are priceless! The large size pool and spa are perfect for outdoor entertainment and guarantees a wonderful time. The pool is heated for your enjoyment. Other additional features this home offers are wi-fi, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, linens, and towels for your use.

We highly recommend this property management company! Twyn Electric works with them as a subcontractor providing electrical repairs and maintenance work on their properties. Scott and Matt are awesome to work with... honest, communicative and easily accessible, as well as quick to pay. Over the years, we have developed a great relationship with then. 12/11/2019 - Scott Bodager does an outstanding job for Gulf Coast Property Management. Whenever I have had an issue or problem, Scott has always quickly responded to resolve or fix the issues. Scott has always been very accessible via cell phone and email and he always follows up to make sure the job or installation that was performed was to my satisfaction. It has been a real pleasure working with Scott over the last year!

6/26/2019 - I was hesitant at first when I deciding on whether to manage on my own or go with Gulf Coast. However, after meeting with a couple people, I knew it was the best option for me.
Having moved to the Orlando area, there was no way I'd be able to respond in a timely matter if any issues arose. Not only do they handle issues in a timely matter but they handle them and do them correctly and efficiently. They also keep me updated on payments, if the tenants are staying or leaving and just overall taking care of me the owner and my property.
I really feel like they are looking out for my interest and I can't thank them enough for everything thus far and I have piece of mind knowing that my home is being taken care of.
