Welcome to Fore Seasons, a brand-new 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home in Calusa Golf & Country Club, one of Lakewood Ranch’s newest gated communities. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this beautiful retreat combines modern comfort, peaceful lake views, and resort-style Florida living. A Calusa Country Club golf membership is included with your stay, so you pay only the applicable cart fee, currently just $30 for 18 holes!

The living room features an 85" smart TV sitting above the fireplace. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV for each guest convenience. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless entertainment and streaming using guests streaming subscriptions. The expansive kitchen, complete with an oversized island, invites you to create culinary delights while enjoying the pool and lagoon views. A beverage station has been created for all of your coffees, cocktails and freshly made orange juice. An adjacent den can be used as a quiet reading nook or remote workspace.

Step through the sliding glass doors into your own private outdoor oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, covered lanai, ample seating, and serene lake views. Enjoy coffee by the water, spend sunny afternoons in the pool, or gather for dinner and cocktails under the lanai. Childproof pool fencing housed in the garage is available for set up.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, TV, pool views, and direct access to the outdoor area, along with a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, a TV, and closet space. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room for additional guests.

Golf at Calusa Country Club

Golf is one of the highlights of a stay at Fore Seasons, with two distinctive Gordon Lewis-designed courses open for play:

• 18-Hole Blue Course: A championship course shaped by natural elevation changes, expansive white-sand bunkers, beautifully maintained greens, and six tee options for golfers of varying skill levels.

• 12-Hole Green Course: A creative mix of par-3, par-4, and par-5 holes that offers plenty of variety in a shorter, more relaxed round.

From the fresh interiors and modern layout to the private pool and covered lanai, the home offers the comfort and appeal of new construction while placing you close to the golf and amenities currently available.

Community Development Notice

Calusa Country Club is a growing, newly developed community, and construction of homes, roads, landscaping, and community amenities may be underway during your stay. Guests may encounter daytime construction noise, workers, equipment, temporary traffic changes, and activity near the property. Some planned amenities may not yet be completed or available. Construction schedules and amenity availability are controlled by the community and may change without notice.

Before arrival, guests will be required to review and sign a waiver acknowledging the possibility of ongoing construction, related activity, and changes in community amenity availability.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Pool heating is optional for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day plus taxes, to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat requests made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

House Rule: No smoking. No vaping. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.
