With plenty of outdoor seating, there is room to settle in with your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or relax together after exploring the area.

The kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with two barstools. The adjoining dining table comfortably seats four, offering a cozy setting for breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home.

The primary bedroom is a spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a lounge chair, a large walk-in closet, and doors leading directly to the pool area. Its attached bathroom offers two large, separate vanities and a spacious walk-in shower, giving you plenty of room to refresh and recharge.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet space, and a TV, while the third bedroom features a full-size bed and ample space for personal belongings. The second full bathroom has a large vanity and a shower/tub combination, and an additional half bathroom adds convenience during your stay. A separate flex room with a leather sofa and TV provides another comfortable spot to catch up on your family’s favorite shows.

University Park offers a beautifully landscaped country club setting, with 27 holes of championship golf and scenic dining at The Park Grille & Café. Daily-fee tee times offer visiting golfers an opportunity to experience the course, with separate reservations and fees.
